Guarantee Terms

Official Agreements

All projects are governed by a formal contract that defines scope, timeline, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.


Revisions Policy

We offer up to 50 revisions per project, provided they fall within the original brief.
Revisions include:

  • Fixing technical issues

  • Aligning with the initial strategy and design brief

  • Adjustments based on client feedback, if approved


Delivery & Timeline

  • Every project follows a clear timeline agreed upon at the start

  • Delays caused by MindEscape of over 30 days (not caused by the client) allow the client to request compensation

  • Delays under 30 days are not subject to claims


Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under specific circumstances:

  • 100% refund if the project cannot be delivered

  • Partial refund for undelivered parts if delayed beyond 30 days

  • 50% to 100% refund in case of unsatisfactory quality, as determined by our internal team


Post-Project Support

Support ends with project delivery unless otherwise stated in the contract.
We ensure every deliverable functions correctly before handover.


Out-of-Scope Requests

We are not obligated to fulfill:

  • Redesigns or structural changes after final approval

  • Features or requests not listed in the original contract

  • Fixes for issues caused by third parties or client-side decisions
